LO4: Screen Grabs




For this edit I found what shots I wanted then put them in to the time line where I wanted. I also tried to match up the beat of the music to where the shots are cut .I then coloured keyed all of the of the files, making all the inside the same colour and the outside a different colour. This is for the audience to differentiate between the two easily. I then sped up or slowed down certain files so the work better in the promo. I then moved the cuts to match up with the bet so it all looks better.

I think the footage is usable as I need to cut it down and it will be appropriate for what I need it for. However it will need slowing downs and times an colour correcting. For example at 0.19 it jumps in and out of focus this cause the lens i was using was hard to focus and it was hard getting unto it.
I only need this from when the drone zooms back into the air, I'm going to use this twice at the beginning and the end to show the start and end of the advert, also to give people and idea of where it is.
As the 50mm rushes these are usable but the need more care in filming and they will need cutting down and chasing the speed. the light flicker is because of the colour balance but i couldn't mange to correct it on the day so that will have to be done in post.

From the outcome of this I think that the salon is appropriate to get the right shots and that I need. the only problem is that there is a lamp post out side this could effect the drone so will just go around it.

The Client gave me task of making a short Audio Visual Promo around the length of 30 seconds. The want me capture the atmosphere of the “blow out bar”.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The Target Audience is females aged 17-35, they will live in the Sheffield and be in the NRS Social Grade of C1, B and A.

My video promotes the Salon and try to capture the fun and the work what they do. This relates because it’s what the client wants to see.
